1.0 AIM
To lay down a standard operating & regenerating procedure for D. M. PLANT.
2.0 SCOPE
Maintenance Department
3.0 AREA OF OPERATION
D. M. Plant and surrounding area.
4.0 RESPONSIBILITY
Operator/Maintenance Supervisor concerned.
5.0 ACCOUNTABILITY
Maintenance Incharge.
6.0 PROCEDURE
6.1 For normal functioning of D. M. Plant open valve No. 4, 8 & 10 Cation & Anion bed 20 & 21 of mix bed.
6.2 Check the condictivity of both beds if it is satisfactory then continue the collection of D. M. Water. Limits of conductivity are < 30 _æ_ simons.
6.3 If conductivity is not satisfactory then the plant is ready for regeneration.
